Overview

Flowrated is an Omnichannel Agentic Orchestration Engine designed for high-velocity sales enablement. Moving beyond simple voice scripts, the core logic is powered by Flask and LangGraph, creating stateful, intelligent agents capable of dynamic negotiation and complex reasoning across Voice, Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and SMS. The system unifies telephony (Twilio, Vapi) with social messaging protocols, while a React frontend provides real-time observability allowing businesses to deploy autonomous SDRs that orchestrate thousands of concurrent, multi-modal interactions with human-level fluidity.

Challenge

Standard voice bots lacked "conversational memory" and struggled with complex, non-linear customer objections, often resetting or hallucinating during interruptions. Managing the state of a live call while retrieving context in milliseconds was a massive engineering hurdle; existing tools introduced unacceptable latency, resulting in "robotic" delays that destroyed trust and conversion rates.

Results

By architecting a custom LangGraph orchestration layer on Flask, we achieved true "interruptibility" and context retention. The system now delivers sub-500ms response times, seamlessly handling interruptions and pivoting topics without losing context. This custom-code approach validated the platform for enterprise scale, delivering a hyper-realistic voice experience that significantly outperforms traditional IVR or low-code alternatives.
